Kansas City Man Indicted for Distribution of Controlled Substances and Illegal Sales of Firearms
German Alvarez-Rubio, 28, of Kansas City, Mo., was indicted by a federal grand jury for conspiracy and distribution of cocaine, methamphetamine, and psilocybin as well as firearms offenses.
